Itineraries
Day 1
Nairobi - Amboseli
Pick up from Nairobi at around 730 hours and head for Amboseli National Park. On arrival at Amboseli National Park, check in at the hotel, have lunch then embark on an afternoon game drive between 1600 hours and 1830 hours in search of rhinos, lions, giraffe, elephants and many other species. Mt Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain provides a beautiful back drop from this park. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ camp.
Day 2
Amboseli
Have a pre-breakfast game drive between 0630 hours and 0800 hours in this park famous for its big game and great scenic beauty then return to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast, visit the Maasai village (at an extra fee) or take a nature walk. Lunch at the lodge/camp, followed by an afternoon game drive between 1530 hours and 1830hours. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.
Day 3
Amboseli - Tsavo
After breakfast, take a morning game drive after which you will proceed to Tsavo East National Park, arriving in time for lunch. This park has large herds of elephants, the famous man eating lions (during the building of the Kenya/Uganda Railway in 1890) and other species of wildlife. It is in this park that you will also find the Yatta Plateau, one of the world’s longest larva flow. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/camp.
Day 4
Tsavo - Mombasa
After breakfast, leave for the enchanting Kenyan Coast of Mombasa. Check in at your hotel and enjoy a sumptuous lunch. Spend the rest of your day at the hotel exploring the beautiful Diani Beach at leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5-6
Mombasa
Spend two days at the hotel, enjoying the beach and hotel facilities. After breakfast enjoy the morning in the hotel enjoying the facilities. On one of the days, sail to Kisite Marine National park where you will snorkel and swim. Kisite Marine national park is the second most famous marine park in the world after the Australian Marine Park. It covers an area of 30km. Animals seen here include turtles, marine tortoise, bear reefs, coral reefs and different types of marine fishes. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 7
Mombasa - Nairobi
After breakfast, take your flight back to Nairobi and check into the hotel. Enjoy a city tour in the afternoon or relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 8
Nairobi
After breakfast, you will be dropped off at Jommo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your flight back home or at any agreed point.
