Community engagement is very important to Heels and Valise Tours. As part of our contribution to sustainable tourism and amplifying the positive life changing impacts of tourism, we engage in various community development projects. The two main areas that we focus on are:

This we do through arranging community service tours for our clients as well as our team members. This comes in form of visiting children’s homes, helping out in community projects, engaging in climate change mitigation and adaptation initiatives, helping the aged and orphans, teaching in schools and youth empowerment activities. We work out all the logistics necessary in ensuring that this comes to pass. A percentage of our profits also go towards various development projects. We believe in empowering both the community and individuals.
