Itineraries
Day 1
Nairobi
We will pick you from the airport and transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi. Check in at the beautiful hotel and relax from your long journey, as you accustom to the relaxing Nairobi ambience. If you are in a position to walk, have a short walking tour in the city center. Meals and overnight at the hotel.
Day 2
Nairobi - Amboseli
Leave Nairobi for Amboseli National Park at the foot of glorious Mt. Kilimanjaro arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park with a visit to observation hill. Return to the lodge/camp afterwards for a refreshing dinner and overnight.
Day 3
Amboseli
You will have an early morning game drive and return to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure and have lunch at the lodge. Embark on an afternoon game drive in the park after lunch with an optional visit to the Maasai Village. Dinner and overnight at the lodge /camp.
Day 4
Amboseli - Lake Elementiata
After breakfast, depart for Lake Elementaita, arriving in time for lunch. After lunch, engage in a game drive, horse riding or nature walk. Lake Elmenteita is a flamingo filled Lake in Kenya’s Soysambu Conservancy. Enjoy a leisurely horse ride on Soysambu Conservancy while absorbing the stunning views of Lake Elmenteita and the Sleeping Warrior Crater. You can also have a game drive and nature in the conservancy. Visitors to Lake Elementaita will see flamingos, giraffes, leopards, bush pigs, jackals, elands, gazelles, zebras, nocturnal aardvark, warthogs and over 400 bird species. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 5
Lake Elementaita - Maasai Mara
After breakfast depart for the famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve arriving in time for lunch at the lodge. This game reserve has been visited by some of the most famous people in the world including Richard Branson, Bill Gates, Danny DeVito, Dr. Tammie Matson, Nigeria's former president Goodluck Jonathan, actor Michael J. White, Madonna, Jose Mourinho, among others. A brief relaxation and then embark for afternoon game drive in the reserve. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6
Maasai Mara
After breakfast, take a morning and afternoon game drive in this vast Savannah grassland looking for the big five (elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard and rhinoceros) and other plains game. A visit to the Mara River to see the hippos and crocodiles, that co-exists in the same water. This is the natural migration bridge of the wildebeest and zebras on their way from the Tanzania Serengeti National Park into the Kenyan Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Picnic lunch at the Mara River. Later dinner and overnight at the camp.
Day 7
Maasai Mara - Nairobi
Take a pre-breakfast safari then get back to the camp/lodge for breakfast. Depart for Nairobi after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) for your flight back home or be dropped off at any agreed point.
